About the Combination
Ivermectin is an antiparasitic that has been used in people since the 1970s, with a long record of treating parasitic infections both inside and outside the body.
Mebendazole is a different class of antiparasitic, best known for clearing intestinal worm infections by cutting off the nutrients the worms need to survive.
Here, the two are compounded together into one 25 mg / 250 mg capsule. Capsules carry a six-month shelf life. This is a prescription product for human use only — a licensed physician reviews your health history and decides whether it's appropriate for you.

If you choose an outside pharmacy, you are not charged for medication fulfillment through our platform and you pay your chosen pharmacy directly.
No. When you check out, you authorize your payment method, but the charge is captured only after a licensed physician reviews your case and approves your prescription. If the physician determines a prescription is not appropriate for you, you are not charged. Once a compounded medication has been dispensed it cannot be returned; if an order cannot be fulfilled after you have been charged, we refund that order. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
