Yes. You always have the right to have any prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice — tell your physician during your review or message support, and we will transmit it there. Our partner pharmacy is the default because most of our medications are compounded preparations that must be prepared by a compounding pharmacy equipped to make them, and our all-in price includes that fulfillment. If you choose an outside pharmacy, you are not charged for medication fulfillment through our platform and you pay your chosen pharmacy directly.

No. When you check out, you authorize your payment method, but the charge is captured only after a licensed physician reviews your case and approves your prescription. If the physician determines a prescription is not appropriate for you, you are not charged. Once a compounded medication has been dispensed it cannot be returned; if an order cannot be fulfilled after you have been charged, we refund that order. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
